The weather was perfect for a competitive barbecue featuring six teams at Garney Construction in North Kansas City. The turnout was fantastic — a crowd of more than 130! We’re proud to be a part of the #DesignBuild community and we’re grateful for the DBIA-MAR’s efforts to bring more attention to the potential of Design-Build done right.
AOG’s own Dave Flessner was a Board member and Chair of the DBIA-MAR Marketing Committee when the organization developed the idea for a summer social way back in 2008. Dave was among featured speakers at this year’s event, and took a moment to reflect on 15 years of building stronger bonds among member businesses.
