Norterre Community
The master-planned Noterre development sits on 17 acres of land next to Liberty Hospital and includes a 50,000 square-foot Healthy Living Center with state-of-the-art fitness and wellness equipment, a short-term and long-term care facility, an assisted living and memory support center, a rehabilitation center, and residences for all stages of life. Liberty Hospital partnered with Action Pact and Healthy Living Centers of America to create this first of its kind intergenerational healthy living community.
AOG provided Geotechnical Engineering services for the entire development, and Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing services during all phases of construction.
The Norterre Healthy Living Community includes:
- 40 assisted-living residences
- 40 residences with memory support
- 20 residences with skilled, long-term care
- 40-suite short-term stay “hotel”
- Community center
