I-35 Logistics Park, Building C, Olathe, Kansas
New state of the art Class-A industrial building at I-35 Logistics Park, a 330-acre industrial development site in Olathe, Kansas. The site is located only 8.5 miles from BNSF’s 1,200-acre master-planned distribution and warehouse development at Logistics Park Kansas City Intermodal Facility (LPKC) in Edgerton, Kansas. LPKC is the only full-service intermodal facility in the western two-thirds of the United States offering the combination of domestic intermodal service, international intermodal service, and direct-rail / carload service.
Construction of building C was completed in 2019 and features 315,242 square feet of industrial space. It was built for pass-thru loading with 66 loading docks and 36 feet of clear space, and the option to add an additional 316,000 square feet of expansion space.
Alpha-Omega Geotech performed all geotechnical testing and special inspections throughout all phases of construction for Building C, and have begun work on a new Building D, currently under construction on the lot just south of Building C.
