Ranch Mart North
Ranch Mart North has been a retail landmark and source of community pride in Leawood, Kansas for over 60 years. Sweeping renovation was long overdue and the project had to be carefully executed in multiple phases to limit the impact on businesses remaining in operation during construction. Close communication among project partners was key to staying on timeline and budget in a highly strategic and precisely coordinated effort aimed at making a transformative impact on the neighborhood.

The Ranch Mart North development site involved more than 200,000 square feet of mixed use space.
Facade upgrades to 20 storefronts, and improvements ranging from new lighting to landscaping, irrigation, curbs, sidewalks, and traffic flow modifications.
Ranch Mart North now includes open community space near the center of the development.
Project involved demolition of 28,000 square feet and 26,000 feet of new construction.
